Cartooning People at Work

I had an assignment from work to draw some cartoons of people responsible for construction of a portion of the bay bridge. They used this for a movie to show how hard the job was for them. They sent me ID sized pictures and gave the idea and I went from there.

I started by doing the sketch on paper with a pencil. Once I get the likeness, I clean it up and scan it. I open it up in Photoshop and use my wacom pad for coloring.

I work as a printer but the art department tap some of my abilities for use in their projects.
